Terms of Service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Knaxly, the service at app.knaxly.com, and this website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Knaxly on behalf of an organisation, you agree to them for that organisation and confirm you have authority to do so; "you" then means both you and the organisation.
Who we are
Knaxly is provided by KNAXLY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17403507), registered office 103 Byewaters, Watford, WD18 8WH, United Kingdom ("Knaxly", "we", "us"). You can contact us at support@knaxly.com.
Early access
Knaxly is in early access. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable at times while we build it. We will try to tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you can do, but during early access we do not promise any particular level of availability.
Who can use Knaxly
Knaxly is a service for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use Knaxly if we have previously suspended or closed your account for breaching these terms.
Your account
You sign in with a Microsoft, Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity under your Knaxly account. Tell us promptly at support@knaxly.com if you think someone else has accessed it. An organisation's owners, and any administrators they appoint, decide who belongs to it and what each member may do.
Your content
You keep all rights in the content and data you put into Knaxly. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service for you, and to comply with law. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you put into Knaxly, including any personal data about other people, and for using it lawfully.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy page.
AI features
Where Knaxly uses artificial intelligence to generate content or answers, the output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it or send it to anyone, and do not treat it as professional advice.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or use Knaxly to infringe anyone's rights or to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing material;
- try to access accounts, organisations or data that are not yours, or test, probe or bypass our security, except under a written agreement with us;
- interfere with or overload the service, or use automated means to access it other than through interfaces we provide for that purpose;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload malware or anything designed to cause harm.
If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@knaxly.com rather than exploiting it.
Fees
Knaxly is free to use during early access. Before we charge for anything, we will tell you the price and the terms that apply, and you will not be charged unless you agree to them.
Our property
The service, its software, design and the Knaxly name belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them except the right to use the service as these terms allow. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely and without owing you anything.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Knaxly at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service, other users or us at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will give notice first and a chance to put things right. We may also end early access or the service as a whole with at least 30 days' notice. When an account is closed, we will delete its data as described in our Privacy page, and on request before closure we will give you a copy of your content in a portable form.
Disclaimers
Knaxly is provided "as is" and "as available" during early access. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the service beyond those set out in these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with Knaxly in any twelve months is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and one hundred pounds sterling.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, if the change is material, tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using Knaxly after a change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.
General
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Knaxly and replace anything said before. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the service. Nobody else has any right to enforce these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
